We want you to be satisfied with PromptGuard. If you’re not, we’ll make it right. Our refund policy is straightforward — no complicated conditions.

30-day refund
Full refund on your first payment within 30 days — no questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply for billing errors.

Email support@route19.io with your order ID. Response within 1 business day.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with PromptGuard for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to all paid plans — Protect, Protect+, and Enforce — whether monthly or annual. No reason required.

Email support@route19.io with your Paddle order ID and we will process your refund promptly.

2. Subscription renewals

Automatic renewal charges are generally not eligible for refunds unless the charge was made in error, a technical fault prevented cancellation, or the renewal amount differed from what was agreed. Contact us within 7 days of a disputed charge.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the full 30-day refund on the initial payment. After 30 days, the remainder of the annual period is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals — access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. How to cancel

Cancel via the Paddle customer portal (link in your receipt email) or by emailing support@route19.io. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the current billing period.

5. How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Amounts are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
